To achieve the best results, start with dry hair and apply a heat protectant. Section your hair, then clamp each section starting from the top, holding for 3-5 seconds before moving down. For a more natural look, leave the ends straight.
What is your return policy for hair tools?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, tools that have been used or hair accessories cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do Mermade Hair tools work internationally?
Yes, most of our tools are designed with universal voltage, meaning they can be used worldwide. You may simply need a plug adapter for the specific country you are visiting.
